Barber positions at Scuttlebutt Barbershop are offered as independent contractor (1099) opportunities, not W-2 employment.
Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses and are not eligible for employee benefits.
All contractors operate under a separate written agreement outlining compensation, scheduling, and professional expectations.
