These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the Scuttlebutt Barbershop website at scuttlebuttbarbershop.com ("Site"), including its information, inquiry forms, and links to booking services.

"Scuttlebutt Barbershop," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business located at 165 Court St, Portsmouth, NH 03801.

Specific appointment, payment, cancellation, and private lounge terms disclosed and agreed to when arranging a service also apply to that service. These website Terms do not replace those agreements or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Use this Site lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting services.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or connected systems, interfere with their operation or security, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent inquiries, or use the Site to violate another person's rights.

For time-sensitive appointment changes, use the available options in your Vagaro account or call (603) 319-6873. General inquiry forms may not be reviewed in time to process a cancellation or rescheduling request.

Online booking is provided through Vagaro. When you use Vagaro, its applicable terms and privacy policy also govern your use of that platform.

Please review your selected service, barber, appointment time, price, and any applicable booking or payment requirements before confirming.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, deposit, or payment requirements will be disclosed through the booking process or directly by the shop before you commit.

If any booking requirement is unclear, contact us before confirming your appointment.

Parents or guardians should arrange appointments for children under 13.

Submitting a private lounge, wedding, event, or group inquiry does not reserve a date or guarantee availability.

Services, scheduling, pricing, and any applicable deposit or cancellation requirements will be confirmed separately. Any written event or lounge agreement accepted by both parties governs the arrangements it covers.

We aim to keep service descriptions, prices, hours, barber availability, and other website information accurate and current. However, information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

Prices and availability may vary by service, barber, or requested arrangement. Confirm the details through Vagaro or directly with the shop.

We may correct website errors and update information. Website changes do not, by themselves, change an already agreed price or confirmed arrangement. If a correction affects your booking, we will contact you to explain it and discuss the available options before proceeding.

Website content, including text, logos, photographs, graphics, and design elements, is owned by Scuttlebutt Barbershop or its respective licensors and content owners.

You may view and print content for personal, noncommercial use. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Third-party names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
